Molly Benck, OD
Dr. Benck is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and completed her Optometry degree at Indiana University School of Optometry. Dr. Benck provides professional optometry with a personal touch. Dr. Benck specializes in all areas of vision care for adults and children alike, ranging from managing medical eye conditions to contact lens fittings, and everything in between.
A member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, Dr. Benck is continually striving to provide patients with the most current techniques and latest technology available for ocular care.
Dr. Benck resides in Hortonville and enjoys spending time on the water with family and friends.
Charles Burgess, OD
Dr. Burgess grew up in Kimberly, WI. After graduating from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1997, Dr. Burgess started working for Dale Tetrault, OD at his practice in Menasha. Dr. Burgess purchased Dr. Tetrault’s practice in 1998 and renewed the practice Community Eye Care, Inc. Dr. Burgess practices full scope family optometry. Along with general family eye care, he specializes in low vision, difficult contact lens fits, and medical management of glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes, and macular degeneration. Golf, fishing, chasing his two children around are a few of his hobbies. Along with his wife, Julie, they enjoy many outdoor activities. Dr. Burgess and his family are also very active in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Dr. Burgess and his son are type I diabetics, and diabetes management is a passion of his.
Ann Meier Carli , OD
Dr. Carli graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. After graduation from optometry school, she worked in contact lens research at Dow Corning Ophthalmics working with what is now the newest type of contact lens material, silicone. Dr. Carli enjoys working with contact lenses, including keratoconics, and those with high prescriptions. She also enjoys working with children and with the special needs of the geriatric population. She is happy to offer the latest in technology at her new Allouez office for diagnosing and treating eye disease as well as co managing refractive and cataract surgeries. Dr. Carli is an avid runner and a devoted mother to four children.
Glenn Carli, OD
Dr. Carli is a native of the upper peninsula of Michigan and has served the Green Bay area since 1985, most recently at his new office in Allouez. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from St. Norbert College and Doctor of Optometry at Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University. Dr. Carli is therapeutically licensed and enjoys helping patients of all ages with their ocular health and vision problems. He has over 20 years experience fitting all types of contact lenses currently utilizing the latest materials and technology. He also enjoys co-managing cataract and refractive surgeries. Dr. Carli is an avid hunter and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children at their cabin in the U.P.
Dean Delwiche, OD
Dr. Delwiche received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. A native of Wisconsin, he is certified in therapeutic and diagnostic pharmaceutical agents. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Wisconsin Optometric Association, and the Fox Cities Optometric Society.
Bradley Jorgensen, OD
Dr. Bradley Jorgensen is a native of Denmark, WI. He graduated from St. Norbert College with a degree in mathematics in 1980 and received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1984 from the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Jorgensen is interested in low vision, treatment of eye disease, correcting refractive error of the eye with glasses and contact lenses, sport vision, and co-managing LASIK and cataract surgeries. Dr. Jorgensen is board certified in therapeutic and diagnostic pharmaceutical agents. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association. Dr. Jorgensen enjoys music, boating, snowmobiling, photography, bowling, racquetball, skiing, golf, and biking. He lives in Chilton with his wife and two sons.
Micah Juedes, OD
Dr. Juedes earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in 2014, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Juedes is originally from Wausau, WI and he is excited to be back in the area practicing at Community Eye Care, Inc. He values patient care that is thorough, caring, and based in open communication. He is especially interested in managing ocular disease and complications, such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma. Dr. Juedes is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, American Optometric Association, and the Wisconsin Optometric Association. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsey, his children, as well as his extended church family. Some of his hobbies include playing the bagpipes, basketball, golf, and fishing.
Francie Laeyendecker, OD
Dr. Laeyendecker is originally from the Fox Valley area. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree she continued her education at the Southern California College of Optometry, where she received her Optometry degree. Dr. Laeyendecker is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association. Dr. Laeyendecker enjoys working with contact lens fittings, young patients (including children), and ocular diseases such as glaucoma. She also enjoys working with low vision and visually impaired patients and has received special training in this field.
Andrew Magiera, OD
Dr. Magiera graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry and takes pleasure in continuing to develop strong family and community ties. He has lived in the Fox Valley area for sixteen years and spends his free chasing his three young children around. His personal passion is to give back to the optometric community by providing eye exams to disadvantaged people from around the world. Dr. Magiera practices full scope optometry ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, individual diabetic eye care, contact lenses, foreign body removal, ocular disease treatment, and co management of laser correction and cataract surgeries.
Johnathan Menos, OD
Dr. Menos is an Appleton native and graduate of Kimberly High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and earned his doctorate at Illinois College of Optometry. He specializes in primary care and eye exams for the entire family. He also has a special interest in contact lens fittings, urgent care services, and management of ocular diseases. Dr. Menos enjoys keeping current with new techniques in optometry through continuing education seminars and is currently a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Wisconsin Optometric Association. In his free time Dr. Menos enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, enjoying the outdoors, and cheering for the Packers.
Michael Miskulin, OD
Dr. Miskulin is a native of Wisconsin. He received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin Madison where he researched gene therapy as a potential treatment of retinitis pigmentosa. In 2002, Dr. Miskulin graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry and immediately returned to practice in his home state. He is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Miskulin practices general optometry, including rigid and soft contact lens fitting for all ages as well as ocular disease management. He has a special interest in the latest contact lens materials and their applications. In his free time, Dr. Miskulin takes pleasure in using the latest audio/video technology and high-tech gadgetry. He also enjoys movies, football, reading, golfing, and baseball.
Vic Roeder, OD
Dr. Roeder graduated from UW-La Crosse with a science degree in 1986 and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1991. Dr. Roeder is interested in therapeutics and contact lenses.
Tracy Rosiek, OD
Dr. Rosiek was born and raised in Charleston, WV. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2004, earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She then went on to attend Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In 2006, Dr. Rosiek earned a Bachelor of Science in Vision Science, before earning her Doctorate of Optometry in 2008. Dr. Rosiek completed Hospital Based Ocular Disease Management Internships at the W.G. “Bill” Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC and at the Indian Health Services Hospital in Belcourt, ND which is located on a Chippewa Indian Reservation. Dr. Rosiek specializes in providing comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contact lenses, foreign body removal, treatment of medical eye problems such as red eye, eye allergies, dry eye, and glaucoma. In addition, Dr. Rosiek provides consultation for prospective cataract and LASIK candidates.
Cory Rued, OD
Dr. Rued received his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO), graduating near the top of his class. Dr. Cory has particular interest in scleral contact lenses, which are larger lenses designed to improve comfort and vision by decreasing touch on the sensitive cornea. Dr. Rued practices general optometry and is always excited to expand his scope of practice to be able to provide the best possible care for patients of all ages. He is proficient in the fitting of multiple types of lenses and is well trained in the treatment and management of all diseases and/or complications of the eye, including dry eye, red/pink eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetic/hypersensitive complications of the eye, neurological (stroke, loss of vision, double vision), and retinal eye complications (floaters/flashes, tears, detachments). Dr. Rued also performs the new MiBo ThermoFlo procedure — a new procedure that has resulted in great success for moderate-to-severe dry eye patients. Dr. Cory looks forward to helping each patient achieve optimal vision and eye health while getting to know all the current and new patients.
Robert Schulz, OD
Dr. Schulz is a native of Beaver Dam, WI. He graduated from Beaver Dam High School in 1977 and attended the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1984 from the Illinois College of Optometry. After graduating from optometry school, Dr. Schulz practiced with Dr. Dan Fueling in Stoughton, WI. In 1988, Dr. Shulz moved to Plymouth to practice with Dr. Ken Gibson at the Plymouth and Appleton EyeCare Centers. Dr. Schulz acquired the practice from Dr. Ken Gibson in 1992. The practice was then merged with Dr. Brad Jorgensen in December of 1995 and moved to 1225 West Northland Avenue, Appleton. Drs. Schulz and Jorgensen were classmates at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Dr. Schulz’s professional interests include children’s vision, sports vision, treatment of eye disease, co-managing surgical options, and correcting refractive error with glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Schulz is board-certified in therapeutic and diagnostic pharmaceutical agents. Dr. Shulz is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and has been active in community organizations including the Big Brother Big Sister program, school mentoring and Duck’s Unlimited. Personally, Bob enjoys sports and many outdoor activities. He also enjoys helping coach his sons baseball team. Bob’s wife, Chris, is the Chief Financial Officer of Omni Engineering. She received her degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They are the parents of twin boys, Dalton and Derek.
Joseph Stradel, OD
Dr. Stradel attended the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay where he majored in Human Biology. He then attended the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1997. He is licensed for full primary care optometry care, including the use of both diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents, as well as for the removal of foreign bodies form the eye. Dr. Stradel also co-manages laser correction and cataract surgeries. He also treats and manages glaucoma patients. Dr. Stradel practices at Kimberly Eye Clinic in Kimberly, WI.
Jenna Sullivan, OD
Dr. Jenna Sullivan is a New Jersey native and Florida Alumna. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa before attending NovaSoutheastern University where she completed her optometry degree with honors. After graduating she completed an additional year of residency training at the Minneapolis VA Hospital in primary care and low vision. She practices full scope optometry with special interest in ocular disease. She is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and American Academy of Optometry.
Craig Sylte, OD
A Wisconsin native, Dr. Sylte is a graduate of UW-Madison and completed his Optometry degree at Indiana University School of Optometry in 2009. Dr. Sylte enjoys all areas of patient care including specialty contact lenses, children’s vision, refractive surgery consultations, treatment of eye diseases, and care for low vision patients. He is a member of the Fox Cities Optometric Society, Wisconsin Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, New London Chamber of Commerce, and Clintonville Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Sylte is constantly learning new ways to improve eye care and health through the latest technologies and techniques.
Dr. Sylte and his family live just outside of New London and enjoy outdoor activities like camping and snowshoeing, as well as fixing up their home in their spare time.
Mark Wade, OD
Dr. Wade graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR in 1987. He has his therapeutic license from the Wisconsin State Board of Optometry allowing his to treat eye disease and remove foreign bodies. His main emphasis is on contact lenses and family vision care. Dr. Wade is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Northeast Wisconsin Optometric Society and Wisconsin Optometric Association. He is a past fellow of the National Eye Research Foundation’s Co-Management Section and also resided on its Board of Directors.
Randall Zieth, OD
Dr. Zieth graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1976. Dr. Zieth is interested in vision therapy, developmental training and research, and is especially interested in pediatric visual therapy. He is therapeutically certified.
